The presentation of a cash donation, by the Nkomo Organization Resident Staff in Nigeria, to an indigent pregnant woman, at the Ahmadu Bello University Teaching Hospital, Zaria, Northern Nigeria, to help her undergo a medical procedure she was required to undertake to save her life and that of her baby but was leaving the hospital due to her inability to afford the money, before our staff in the area was contacted. The fund was approved, as part of Nkomo Organization funding efforts to reduce child and maternal mortality in Northern Nigeria.
